My bankruptcy lawyer didn’t get my case discharged yet because he forgot to turn in my class paperwork?
It has been 6 months since I filed, 5 months since my creditor meeting. Got a notice from the court saying they didn’t have my second class, which my bankruptcy attorney had. I’m starting to get worried, as it’s slowing down on moving on with my life. What should I do and how can this effect me?

Why did you file for bankruptcy? I was in debt from my divorce $46.661.50. I never filed for bankruptcy. I worked my butt off and lived out of my car with my kid. I paid the debts my ex ran up and paid everything else too. I have $2000. left to pay and I now own my home and it’s paid in full, I have 10 payments left on my car and it will be paid in full too.
